Un'antica cascina ottocentesca ospita il nostro ristorante, in un ambiente elegante ma privo di inutili formalismi, ottenendo un giusto equilibrio tra familiarità ed eleganza.
La cucina è quella della tradizione lombarda, ma non mancano gustosi spunti creativi, creando così un connubio perfetto tra classico e moderno, un'esaltazione di sapori antichi rivisitati in chiave moderna.
Il menu cambia continuamente, inseguendo le stagioni, con un'ampia scelta di antipasti, primi e secondi. La pasta ed i dolci sono fatti in casa e non mancano mai i risotti della tradizione pavese.
La nostra cantina è molta generosa, e propone oltre 150 etichette di vini del territorio, italiani ed internazionali.
A pranzo proponiamo anche un menu a prezzo fisso, dove è sempre possibile scegliera tra un' ampia varietà di primi e secondi, il tutto sempre accompagnato da gentilezza ed un sorriso.
Our restaurant in in a historic farmhouse from the 1800's which was once the stable for the horses that pulled the barges on the nearby Naviglio canal. It's unique location and our philosophy of hospitality unite to create a refined but relaxed enviroment absent of useless formalities, achieving the right balance between familiarity and elegance.
The kitchen lovingly follows the Lombard tradition but also includes creative additions to the menu:
thus creating a perfect union between classic and modern. It is an exaltation of antique flavors revisited in a modern tone.
The menu chenges continuously according to the season, with an ample choice of appetizers, first and second courses. The pasta and dessert are all made daily in-house. And of course, the province of Pavia being the principal and traditional home of rice cultivation in Italy, our classic risottos are always included.
We maintain a generous wine cellar that offers over 150 labels both from our territory and from other Italian and international wineries.
